Our cause is more than just sharing stories of players that spent time in the MiLB. We want to do everything we can to make life easier for the current and future MiLB players, that ultimately will be the future of baseball. Our main goal is to spread awareness of the quality of life that players live in order to make ends meet, while at the same time hoping to make it to the MLB. We hope that by sharing stories of harsh living conditions and poor pay, baseball fans nationwide can realize that we can and should be doing so much more to help these players. If we can raise some money and awareness for these players, we can work towards making a tangible difference in their lives. This will not only help their mental health, but their physical ability to perform at the highest level as well. Instead of focusing on where their next meal will come from, or sleeping on a real bed rather an air mattress, the players can focus entirely on becoming the best ballplayer they can be. A just wage for MiLB players will ultimately lead to everyone maximizing their potential, thus leading to the best product on the field, and the best talent making it to the MLB.
